• Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in the Republic of Seychelles (except where prohibited by law).
• We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

By accessing or using Tassbeeh, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

1. Binding Agreement

   These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tassbeeh platform and related services (collectively, the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and all additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

2. Authority

   You represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and/or any entity you represent. If you are agreeing on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the power to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Updates to Terms

   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or through a notice on our website). Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

1. Age Requirement

   You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Platform.

2. Restricted Jurisdictions & Sanctions

   You represent and warrant that you are not (a) located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to economic sanctions or trade restrictions (e.g., OFAC-sanctioned countries), (b) identified on any sanctions list (such as the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals list), or (c) otherwise subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Platform. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to any user who fails to comply with this clause.

3. Authority

   If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Compliance

   You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutes (including but not limited to securities, commodities, anti-money laundering, and tax regulations).

5. Know-Your-Customer (KYC)

   We may, at our sole discretion, require you to complete KYC or similar identity verification procedures. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and promptly update your information if it changes.
